Our Executive Director is Rany Thommen, M.Ed, BCBA, LBA. Ms. Thommen received her B.A. in Psychology from Emory University. It was here she began her work with individuals with Autism at the Emory Autism Center's Walden Early Childhood Program. She then went on to receive her Masters in Autism and Developmental Disabilities/Early Childhood from the University of Texas at Austin. She has worked for two state funded agencies and helped start the Autism program at Bluebonnet Trails Community Services, the first general revenue funded ABA program in Central Texas.  She has worked with individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities for 17 years. In addition to teaching individuals with developmental disabilities Ms. Thommen enjoys providing parent and professional trainings. She has presented at conferences locally as well as internationally.  She is a regular presenter at the Association for Behavior Analysis International conferences. She is actively involved in public policy issues related to ABA and assisted with legislative activity during the passing of SB 589 establishing licensure for behavior analysts in Texas. She also serves on the advisory board of multiple parent and professional organizations including the Autism Society of Central Texas and is the current President-Elect of the Texas Association for Behavior Analysis Public Policy Group.


Office Manager, Jaclyn Badorek, B.A. Jaclyn holds a BA in English from The University of Texas at Austin. She began her career working for the Texas Medicaid program as a Business Analyst for the Children with Special Healthcare Needs (CSHCN) department, where she developed publications for Medicaid providers and clients. She gained additional healthcare experience as a Communications Specialist, creating and organizing multiple workshops for the Medicaid provider community. In her free-time, she enjoys supporting our local Autism community. She served as a chairperson for the Greater Austin Autism Speaks Walk for two years (2012-2013), and has been the Deer Creek Elementary Campus Representative, for the Leander Independent School District (LISD) Special Education Parent Advisory Council since 2013. As the mother of a child on the Autism Spectrum, she believes in the benefits of ABA therapy, and is excited to bring all of her experiences, professional and personal, to promote ABA. 



Tracey Fletcher, B.S., RBT has been a behavior technician for two years and has worked with children with Autism for over 8 years. She earned a B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders with a minor in Exceptional Education from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. Prior to moving to Texas she worked as a behavior technician at the Blue Ridge Autism and Achievement Center. She provided direct services to individuals with Autism of all ages including teens and worked in both the center and home environments. She also led classroom sessions in the center. Tracey is currently taking graduate coursework in ABA at Florida Institute of Technology. Tracey is especially passionate about the application of ABA to improve speech and communication.
All services provided by ABA Today are supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
